They can't reasonably talk about revenue until the Supreme Court rules on the 2/3rds majority issue.

Thank you Goldy for sticking with this. And for raising the issue of PTA funding disparities. They exist and it can be truly startling in the numbers. That issue is one that the state PTA should be talking about but avoids like the plague.
