Plays into the narrative that the violent thug element of the SPD is comprised of cops who live out in the suburbs and have no connection to the community they serve.

actually it plays into the narrative that some women can be manipulative lying bitches who exploit a crappy system that favors them to tag some poor slob who had the cosmic misfortune to be married to them with a criminal record for nothing.
@1
do you know this officer?
do you have evidence that he is a violent thug?
do you have any actual knowledge of his connection to the community he serves?
do you have any evidence that he did anything illegal or improper toward the woman who filed the complaint?
assuming people are guilty because of the group they belong to is ignorant malicious prejudicial bigotry.
don't be an asshole.
the world doesn't need anymore ignorant malicious prejudiced bigot assholes.

I love it when the troll posts a bunch of comments minutes apart, like he assumes we think it is three different people. It also is a huge "don't bother with this" sign.
A few years back I got helped out of a bind by a cop in Bloomfield CO. While we were small talking he mentioned that he had applied for a position at SPD and hoped to get the job as he had some family up this way. He ended up in Bloomfield because he had sent out a batch of resumes after graduating from the Academy and Bloomfield responded to him and hired him, before SPD ever even got back to him 4 months later after he had applied.
Its been my experience that organizations whose HR departments are slow to respond to qualified applicants lose out on hiring the best because someone else hires them first.
