Here, possession of under an ounce of marijuana is legal. There, possession of any marijuana is a crime. People have been given 4 years in prison for possession of .003 grams. Presence of marijuana in blood or urine is deemed possession. Codeine is illegal in Dubai as well.

What a hateful, false place. During the day there are almost NO CARS on those streets. It's like a ghost town made whole cloth of grotesque avarice.
