I assumed that the red ampersand at the park was a direct site specific reference to the other prominent text looming in the distance : "Its in the P.I."
Like it was saying "yeah, and?"

Am I alone on this?

also: I love that cassette tape drawing even more now that I know its cut-out drywall.
