Here's how I know I'm getting old: I remember when buildings that looked like this one were the new, modern thing. Now I watch them being razed like an 1890's F.W. Woolworth's.

That is some pretty sweet building demo action. One wonders how they get all the detritus out. AND how the 'hat' descends so evenly.
