Haha. I always assumed GFY stood for Go Fuck Yourself, and I thought these posts, though informative were a little hostile as a result. Just realized it probably means Good For You. A little less harsh.

their two 45s aren't out of reach for low-rent record nerds; both rate less than $200 each.

Our definitions of "low-rent" differ wildly, high roller.

@3 Dave, when it comes to RARE garage $200 IS low rent, the big $$ 45s are keeping a slow march towards $10K, EASY!

"Knock on my door" was a quantity record for years....the other one is much rarer. Makes little difference to the post 1980s collectors though. I'd guess there are 200 or so garage 45s that go for $K and beyond.
