If they're black, I guarantee a prison sentence, of anywhere between 2 months (no priors) to 2-4 years (priors). They'll be bonus points for this occuring "in public" and of course intoxication is an aggravating factor.

The most shocking part of this story was the someone may have refused to sell liquor to a customer because they appeared intoxicated. I thought that only happened on TV.
