I don't know how much it showcases Baker, but this video here of Cream playing "Spoonful" is without a doubt one of the most riveting blues-heavy metal performances ever:

watched this on amazon instant video this week. i'm not gonna lie, it's some compelling shit.
not to just straight-up compare two music docs that have nothing to do with each other side-by-side, but i watched "sound city" the night before, and found it to be constantly self-referential and overly long. "baker" was tight and well presented and full of better footage. i also developed a bit of respect for clapton, never thought that would happen...
