I am very glad to hear that this is a hoax - I too was about to go ballistic. Though you have to admit with some performance artists this could be concievable.

Actually, this was just the architectural model for the Viaduct tunnel...where taxpayers will get reamed.

The easiest thing to do is this: when you're about to post something that is likely to indicate that you've lost the race on the internet to your own co-workers, try this search in Google:

"rape tunnel" site:slog.thestranger.com

Adding in that "site:slog.thestranger.com" to the search will return all instances of "rape tunnel" that have already appeared on the Slog. Proceed from there.

Dan, you should have baptised you kid in the Episcopal faith. They have done more for gays than the catholic church has. You get all the pagentry and none of the guilt. What's not to like? Besides pissing off ones parents is what being an adult is all about.
