Every Neil Gamen story I've read so far is from the point of view of a female with mother issues. Doesn't he write about anything else?

Um... Then you haven't read very many Neil Gaiman stories.

That "Maria Dahvana Headley" person ruined the whole event. Her questions were puerile, sycophantic and overtly flirtatious. She talked more about herself and the dinner they shared the previous night than she did about Gaiman's work.

Thankfully, he was pretty brilliant. She, otoh, embarrassed herself.

^-- Co-sign. The first thing I heard as I stepped out of the building was someone making fun of Maria mooning over Neil. It's perhaps understandable, but did detract. I would love a more staid interviewer next time. :(
