THE OAK • Beacon Hill: The team behind the Redwood on Capitol Hill brings Beacon Hill this place that can contain children and also has a cocktail lounge for grown-ups. The Oak's beer comes from local breweries; its menu focuses on organic/locally grown food. PARIS BAKERY AND DELI • Columbia City: Embodying the French influence on Vietnam, PB&D is a banh mi joint with a bakery side coming soon.
