Irbille Donia, formerly the sous chef at Olivar, runs the aptly named Irbille Edibles, a catering company serving haute Filipino food. They put on a pop-up dinner at Olivar
on the last Monday of every month, with shareable small plates ranging from $8 to $17. The dinners have been very well received, aside from the usual complaints about how it's more expensive than the non-haute version and/or not how grandma makes it.
