Classic

Great pub food at great prices and a down to earth, grown-up atmosphere. No TV; people actually converse here. Go to 1st Ave. for a meat-market and come here to relax.

go for the drinks not the food.

went there last night. sorely dissapointed. I read the reviews and was like "Why not?" apparently the good taste great when you are drunk cause I make better shit at home. the beans tasted like canned with beef jerky added to it. and the potato salad was just boiled potatoes with mayo. gross.. drinks were good though. yummy corona. not worth it for the food but a good place to drink with friends. the wine list is a rip off and dont expect a extensive beer menu either.

Belltown of yesterday

Go in there on a weekday afternoon, sit at a table by a window, enjoy a simply great burger and beer. Two Bells is a place out of time...well, specifically for me, Belltown pre-condos. Goodness emenates from this place.

A Belltown institution

If you've ever lived or worked in Belltown, or had friends there, you've probably been to the Two Bells. If you haven't, wtf?!? They don't have a ton of beers on tap or an extensive menu, the food is just good. It's the feel of the place that's the real draw. It's got this old-timey, laid-back, welcoming vibe. It draws both an after-work or lunch "meeting" crowd as well as a more working-class crowd, the kind of people who've lived in one of those brick apartment buildings for decades, the kind of people who are regulars. Artful decor, too.

mmmm yummy burger!

this is where i go when i'm craving some meat. their burgers are really really good here. only downfall, no fries. kind of ruins the perfect burger experience. but all in all a charming little place. nice people, good food.
