  • Thank goodness Moroccan food is back in Seattle—with all the traditional and slightly theatrical accompaniments: the pillows to lounge against, the minty tea poured from a great height, scented water poured over the hands. And the food is lovely: fragrant stews over couscous, a flaky, buttery chicken pie, chicken with preserved lemons.

belly dancing beauties!

delicious food, great price, attentive staff and beautiful belly dancers. a great spot for a first date!

Fantastic

I came here with a very large group and was treated to one of the finest feasts I've ever had. Fantastic service, great atmosphere, AMAZING food and wine, and bellydancing to boot. In the future, I plan on booking in advance, but they did a great job accomodating 45 unexpected guests.

An exotic trip for your senses

My only bone to pick with Marrakesh is that on a busy night you can end up feeling a little squashed as the seating (of which they offer the traditional floor pillows and cushioned banquette variety) is quite "dense". Other than that, I've had several wonderful dining experiences here. The food is consistently excellent (although the menu doesn't stray from the most traditional well-known Moroccan dishes), as is the service.
