Good Pizza Margherita

It's an odd place for it, but they make one of my favorite pizzas in Seattle. The other pizzas they make are fine, but the margherita is really good. The muffaletta sandwich is also great.

Nice Place to Hang Out

My husband and I have been going here for a long time, he loves a good beer! I recommend stopping at Dick's first and then having some beers though, I don't think the food is all that great.

The Porter

Never eaten there. I go only for the Porter. My favorite in town. The place is generally quieter in the later evenings.

TROMBIPULATOR

The seasonal Trombipulator (sp?) is the beer that keeps me coming back. The food is what you would expect from a college bar. If you're too snooty to dig into one of their many varieties of nachos, then I wouldn't want to drink with you anyhow.

It's all about the beer

As with the Elysian, I go to the Big Time for the beer, which is uniformly great. The Trombipulator will always funk you up. I also like the Cascade sandwich and the pepperoni pizza, and the daily soups are often great too. Good place to watch the Mariners on a lazy Sunday afternoon with a handful of old regulars at the bar.

Always leaves me feeling kinda eh

Food is so so-so that it feels like empty calories. Especially the sandwiches. Very eh.

good for a beer and a bite

always enjoy popping into big time for a beer and a quick snack on a nice afternoon. as others have said, it's a reliable standard that does exactly what it promises.

A reliable standard

The beers are fantastic and they rotate their taps regularly, including a variety of their own craft brews. The food is simple and good - their pizzas are especially delicious.

Yes, Total College Bar

The food is what you would expect and it's never bad. Not amazing but not gross. Simple and easy and good. I really love this place.
