This place serves the best tasting Pho in Seattle with an unusually (for a pho joint) clean location. The everything about the Pho at Viet Anh is top notch; great broth (choice of hot and sour or regular), meat is of very high quality (this is an issue at many of the ID pho locations), and the restaurant itself is charming and clean. As for the lady that thought this was a brothel.... I think she is the one that is confused.

Also, you must try the homemade fried veggie egg rolls. The best I've ever had.

Best Pho in Town! Hands Down.

Pho Viet Anh has taken the traditional Vietnamese soup to the next level. The atmosphere is inviting and the staff is kind and attentive. Henry clearly strives to make the dining experience enjoyable. And he succeeds. The food is first rate. As a confessed pho connoisseur I must say that each establishment has their own distinct take on the dish. I frequently eat this dish, often ordering flank steak pho, and feel confident in declaring Pho Viet Anh's the best in town. Pho is traditionally an economical dish to order and here, surprisingly, you do not pay a premium for location, service or quality. If you are new to the world of pho I would encourage you to try Pho Viet Anh before going anywhere else as many pho restaurants can seem a bit seedy and uninviting to the uninitiated. Henry will gladly explain the dish, the preparation, and his unique take on it. To borrow an all too often repeated tagline, "Come hungry, leave happy!"

Best Pho in Town! Hands Down.

Uh, so I just read these reviews. Kinkos you may seriously want to consider visiting a psychiatrist - they can help you with the paranoid delusions.

It was me and a bunch of friends in the Seattle Center and we really wanted Pho so we fortunetly came accross this restaurant. It is uite small but the interior design is nice. A lil dark but it sets the mood. The owner is very friendly. I got the combo which was tasty! Rich broth, tender beef. Did have to seperate the noodles bit it was still good. I also got a spring roll it was fresh and crispy. The peant sauce was not too thick. Overall probably one of the best pho i've ever had! 9/10

i thought it was a brothel

ok, so i'm really confused by the other two reviews because this certainly is neither the best pho in seattle, nor my favorite. the place was empty when we showed up, and slowly filled up with single men. for some reason, they were playing mariachi music. the staff was of eastern european charm. i had the vegetarian pho - warm water with rotting vegetables in it. the whole time we were there, i had a feeling of dread, as if something was very, very wrong. i ate about half of my small soup and wanted to leave quickly. as more single men began filtering in, i began to worry we were in the front for a brothel - only a brothel would have such unnecessarily bad food (you'd think that a place that sells a lot of pho would also have fresh vegetables on hand). sorry, pho viet anh, but either you're a front for a brothel, or in the wrong business altogether.

best pho in seattle

i completely adore this place. the pho is the best and the rest of the menu is quite delicious too! the staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is warm. i also love that everytime i am there (which is weekly) i always hear someone else in the restaurant commenting on how good it is.

Good for the Soul

By far my favorite Pho place in Seattle. Good for the soul, great rich broth made from real stock that takes them 24hrs to make. In addition atmosphere is cozy (unlike most Pho places). If you like Pho give this place a try, promise it'll be your new favorite!
