what a restaurant should be

Genuinely great service, not the fake sweet that passes in the Northwest. Incredibly good food, each course amazes in a new way. A wine list that could take years to work your way through. Can't often afford this indulgence, but if you skipped a few pizza deliveries here and there, your money is better spent with one huge night out.
