Time for a visit

If you've never been to Pizza Pi, go. But this review is not for you.
This review is for all the folks who went to Pizza Pi when it was owned by the "pizza nazi" jerk, or for those who went during the brief interlude when it was run by some high school girls. Those of you who went once and swore never to return because you were treated badly and the food sucked.
You owe it to yourself to come back and see what the "new" owners are doing. Everything has changed, and everything is better. I recommend the Thai Chikken pizza - no, wait, make that the Pink Lady - no! Get the Cheezeburger Pizza! It's crazy good!

love it

I was sad when I moved here from Minneapolis, thinking no more GOOD vegan pizza for me! When we discovered this place it was amazing and even better than Galatic Pizza, which was pretty darn good. Do wish Pizza Pi had vegan cheese cake though... The Garlic Sauce Favorite Pizza is the best!

Garlic sauce FAVORITE!

Yes, the guy that used to own it was a total jerk! That was over a year ago! It has changed hands a couple times since then. The new owners are very sweet people who make an awesome vegan pizza! Order the garlic sauce favorite. It is packed with toppings and SO yummy.

even vegans hate it

aside from the pizza-nazi who works the counter, the only other thing that makes this place worse is the pizza itself. i've never made it all the way to being a vegan but have known several long-time vegans who have hated the pizza at this place. i concur. if you like the idea of eating really questionable vegan cheese (that mostly just sticks to your teeth) thinly sprinkled over ketchup-like sauce on cardboard/matzo-like crust, then go for it - otherwise, skip this silly place.
