Bento box heaven

I've been to Fuji Sushi a couple of times, and it's all about the bento box. The otherwise pricey menu (especially for sushi) is daunting. The bento box, however is perfect. Tons of food that is reasonably priced. And they allow you to pick and choose what you'd like. It is crowded at lunch, so be sure to allow extra time for seating. And don't be surprised if you can hear the conversations of the people sitting next to you. They cram a lot of seating into a small space, so privacy goes out the window. Wait staff is helpful and friendly, but possibly over-worked.

Finally, some good tonkatsu...

We went to Fuji Sushi for lunch. They had an extensive menu, that included a great bento special. The tonkatsu was spot on, and the udon soup was as authentic as that in the Tokyo airport. The service was a little slow, and it took a while to get our check. Next time I'm craving Japanese, I know just where to go.
