Pretty Good

I've been to both the Pacific Place and Madison street Thai Ginger and they both have good fresh food. Their pad thai is not tomato-saucy like many other thai restaurants. Also, their salad selection is very good. I've had the beef salad which goes really well with a side of sticky rice. The wait at Thai Ginger in Pacific Place can be a while on Fridays and Saturdays but if you go on any other evening, you can get seated quickly. If you're a strict vegan their curries do have fish sauce.
