It's that Greek place on the corner of Broadway and Mercer that's been there since ancient Greece.

Really enjoy the restaurant

You can taste the fresh rosemary - fantastic food! Try the seafood. (Like that it's quiet, and you can enjoy an intimate meal with someone special.)

We have tried several other Greek restaurants around Seattle and keep coming back to Byzantion. The food is consistently well-prepared, the service is friendly, and the cuisine is authentic.

Worth the parking nightmare that is Broadway

SOOOOO good. Seriously. Warm and friendly staff. The dolmas are delicate and just fantastic in this lemon creamy sauce you want lick clean off the dish. Moussaka is very yummy as well. Save room for dessert and order the thing that looks like galactico burrito (lemony custard phylo pastry thing)on the menu and some greek coffee (which both take a while to make so order before you're done with dinner. The galactico burrito thingy and coffee also make the perfect light sweet breakfast when shared. They have a small patio out in front which is nice seasonally and the indoors are pleasing too.

Really Good If You Can Afford It!

Okay - it isn't TOO expensive, but I am a starving student, so this is only for really special nights. The food is marvelous - I've had three or four different dishes. The meat is always tender and wonderful. They aren't stingy with their sauces, which rich, brilliant, and plentiful. And there is really just so many flavors in each dish. Really an experience!

Most Excellent

Deciding to finally try Byzantion after driving by it hundred of times was one the best decisions of my life. I'm only exaggerating a little. The food was delicious and the waitress was friendly and helpful.

You'd be surpised... it's good!

I've been there quite a few times and it's really quite good. I don't go back much anymore because Broadway is just too gross at this point to make anyone want to venture down there - especailly for food (except for pags of course). But this place actually is quite good - I still can't believe it.

It's pretty decent

Let me preface this review by saying, I don't love Greek food. But, this is the one place I do enjoy going for it when the mood strikes others. The service is a bit slow, but overall not too bad.
