The Artists of Artech: 120 selected works by the leading art-handling organization's employees over the last 30 years. The curator is Northwest stalwart Chris Bruce; artists include T. Michael Gardiner, Mike Hascall, Shawn Nordfors, Phil Roach, Kathryn Trigg, Ann Gardner, Rolon Bert Garner, Tom Gormally, Paul Heald, Andy Keating, Jack Mackie, Steve McClelland, Jeffry Mitchell, Jill Reynolds, and Robert Teeple.

Opening: Reception Sat Oct 10, 12-5 pm.

Was Pleasantly Surprised

I attended the show yesterday, Oct. 15th. I had never attended a show with the variety, depth and quality of pieces as displayed here. The topics ranged from quirky to humerous to very serious to `I have no idea!'.The gallery guide from SAM was very cordial and helpful with background information and handouts.One sculptural piece may not be appropriate for small children.I only wish the gallery hours were longer so that more people who worked could see this wonderful exhibit.
