the best happy hours in Bellevue

Pearl has the best happy hours in Bellevue area.
Their customer services are excellent-especially the bartender-Ross and Kevin.
The owner-Mikel is the best owner who we have met the last few months
The drinks are good and the food are excellent.
MUST TRY!!

Sonmeone should put a mr. yuck sticker on the door so that potential diners know to stay away. The restaurant was empty and the only thing memerable about the food was how bad it was.

Sloppy and Poorly Executed

Nothing at this new Bellevue establishment screamed out to me, except high prices and inattentive service.
The service staff was unable to explain the sturgeon entree to me, and seemed more interested in talking with fellow co-workers than attending to my dining needs.
Food missed the mark, from the beet salad starter, through the under-seasoned rissotto and the poached pear dessert, which was quite firm.
Someone needs to teach the kitchen staff about the proper use of salt and pepper. Everything I tried, including the steak and mashed potatoes of my fellow dinner, completely lacked seasoning.
All of this and on top of a empty dining room. Now I know why we ate alone.

Phenominal Food, Good Atmosphere, Knowledgeable Staff, Pricey...

This is my impressions of the restaurant:

Food: Spectacular Contemporary Northwest Cuisine. Chef Brad Dickinson really put together a very good menu with quality and balance.
The presentation was clean, neat, and intriguing.

Atmosphere was very creative. The larger tables have curtains that give an ambient or private environment.

Wine List: fairly extensive, brought together by a very knowledge-able Sommelier. The emphasis is on Northwest wines, and the price of the wines are lower than the other local restaurants.

Overall impressions: Perfect environment for the fancy date or the local wine affictionato.
Not too much of a menu for children. If you are looking for a very good child-friendly environment, this restaurant may not be the first place you'll go. I'd say that the food, while priced more than your average restaurant, is superbly brought together and the wine is a very good deal. The Happy Hour is probably the best in Downtown Bellevue, so I highly recommend it.
