I have been in the restaurant business as employee and owner since I was 15 years old, which is now 31 years. The ability to handle difficult customers with class is a skill and art given to too few in this trade. All kinds of folk will always walk in the door. It is the nature of the business. Is is a sad reflection of the majority of North American wait staff who fail to cultivate any self respect. Getting a tip is a gamble, and an honor, but not a right. I always have great respect for staff who can let a jackass customer with a smile and style, while never demeaning oneself or your place of work. It is called "professional". In this case Ms. Liss, the word "Bimbo" says it all, if they still employ you. They shouldn't. And I'm see how at this point you are the biggest tit on the hill, times two.
