I'm unhappy too about Dan's response to the breastfeeding guy. Seriously? My babies had to eat, they didn't like to be covered and this is why women stop breastfeeding because people want them to cover up or do it in the bathroom of a restaurant or in the car, etc. This guy needs to get over himself and support his girlfriend. Breastfeeding should be the norm.

To #15: Obviously you are not a mother We can get overly irrationally emotional when it comes to thinking about something terrible happening to our children. Or if you are a mother, um, yikes.

In my younger days, it seems virtually all the guys who identified as 'bi' ended up in long term partnerships with men and all the women who identified as 'bi' also ended up in long term partnerships with men. So, I'll admit when a young person (like someone in their 20s) tells me they are bisexual I usually think along these lines even though I know I shouldn't. When someone is older and they tell me I don't think this though. Just my limited experience.

Breastfeeding killed my libido. Luckily, being 40 has supercharged it so to the bf'ing mom just hang in there and relax. This is a very short (and special) time in your life with your baby and I stress short so enjoy it without feeling bad or guilty about anything.

re BOMBAST: I'm amazed at all the responses that seem to imply that he is masturbating because he is not having sex more often. I masturbate every day regardless of whether or not I have had sex, usually in the afternoon at my lowest energy time.
Oh, and I'm a woman. My husband when we first got together 15 years ago did sort of take my need to masturbate personally but we had to just have a talk about it. Obviously, her need to control the issue is a problem that needs to be resolved but BOMBAST and his girlfriend seem young to me. I'm tired at night and my sex drive is greater than my husbands. Sometimes you have to figure out how to work sex in at other times in the day.

Also, I am bothered by some of the misogyny of the comments.
