I am the woman who baked, decorated, and brought in the cake.The man who apologized to me kept asking if it was paid for - he thought someone had ordered it and I was the delivery person. I finally told him that I am a supporter of John and had done it myself to help celebrate! I do thank you for your nice comments about it. Last night was great!

Seriously? People jump to their feet and applaud this man? Can they really not see what is wrong with what he is saying? Has the intelligence of the American public fallen so low that they accept this ranting and encourage it?!?!?! This might just be the saddest illustration so far of just how far America has fallen off the track of decency, integrity, tolerance and love. This man belongs in a ragged tent, somewhere out in the boonies where people have no contact with the civilized world, doing his "snake oil" type speel on a hot Saturday night in 1950. We can only hope that his audience and ones just like this one will wake up and see this for the hatred and disgustingly UNChristian rhetoric that it really is.
