@14 and 15: It doesn't sound to me like this person has a problem with this behaviour when it has already been discussed and approved previous to the initial contact. It seems that they have an issue with the blanket assessment with the idea that it is ok to fuck someone's sleeping partner without having been given explicit consent previously. If the couple hasn't confirmed that implied consent exists while the other is sleeping, there is no consent and it is not ok.
