After more than 5,000 years of using the Cannabic plant for medical use governments are still trying to regulate/prohibit its use. There is nothing in the Constitution that gives the government the right to regulate/prohibit natural vegistation from growing or from man to harvest it. God is in control of these things. We can all agree that our government is not GOD! So why do we allow them to act like God?
