@12 I think it is the same as the sandwich that they used to call the Midnight Cuban, although I thought that Paseo had changed the name to the "Cuban Roast". I haven't been in a while, so maybe they've changed the name again.
As for Dot's, Miles James really understood what God was talking about when God described the Reuben in Leviticus, and you should all go there to eat it. Dot's bacon and various charcuterie options are pretty damn good as well, and they have steak tartare as a happy hour option.
Finally, that stretch of Fremont will likely become an even more prominent sandwich destination when the Where Ya At folks open their restaurant in the Buckaroo's empty shell later this year. Being in walking distance of those Po'boys is likely to do great things for my spirits while doing evil things to my wallet.
