Currently Hanging.
Did they take the poll outside of the Frye just when a busload of retired people from Sunset Hills were leaving?

The Devil Is in The Details.
Now it's going to be harder than ever to have a decent movie made in Seattle. If this is the way Hollywood movie investors behave, why in the world should we support them?

Confidential to My Fellow Homosexuals.
@20 Almost, but not quite. But I do think you see my point. Sacha is a one-trick pony. He's not funny anymore. We've already seen it. The roots of his style are 150 years old, but they called it blackface back then.

I'm just waiting for Bruno's next movie, the one in which he paints himself in blackface, and pretends he's a different race. That one is going to be really funny.

We Are Winning.
I don't think the guy doing tai-chi counts as a wedding guest.

This Synaesthesia.
Another good book is Born on Blue Day, the autobiography of Daniel Tammet. He is a highly functioning autistic (Aspergers) who has synaesthesia, too. He is able to control his synaesthasia in such a way that he created a visual landscape in his head that represents pi (3.1415926...) out to the 100,000th digit. Each series of numbers represents a shape and color. He puts them altogether.....and ta - da!

We All Scream for Ice Cream.
We're talking about ice cream, folks. It's a $3.00 investment. I live on Capitol HIll, and this is the first ice cream shop to open up in our 'hood in years. For now, it's all we got. I'm not gonna hop on a bus and go to the Roosevelt district or White Center, or hop on a plane and go to Brooklyn for ice cream!
Molly Moon's may not be the best on the planet, but it is the best in the neighborhood. It beats Dick's by a mile. But what about the line, you say. With weather like this, and a location right across the street from an urban park, I'd be concerned if there wasn't a line.
Give Molly some cred! I only wish I had the cajones and foresight to open a successful business such as hers. Don't hate on her, because it appears she's doing something right.
