For the record, Netflix does have this.
Oct 28 Avtar commented on The New Foo Fighters Song Is Boring.... and Also a Ripoff of "A Day In the Live" by the Beatles!.
I always thought "All His Suits are Torn" form NOFX was the biggest rip/homage or whatever, but this is shameful really. Seriously though, can you imagine being excited about a new Foo release these days? I don't think anyone around here could list even one song off their last however many albums. The first two still fucking rule though.

I've never heard them be so honest in interviews before, really cool to see. When I was real young I used to listen to Radio-Activity when going to bed too, so funny to hear Iggy say that.

Son of Sam's "Songs from the Earth" does the trick too if AFI makes you feel all icky now. All the horrory stuff is there, Davey doesn't whine so much, and Danzig even plays guitar and sings on some of it.

I just wanted to mention that I love everything I've read of his. Apollo's Song, MW, Ode to Kirihito, Phoenix are so fucking wonderful.
The complete list is frightening

@7: Embarrassing is definitely the word that comes up the most. This is Seattle, you think it would have some pretty kick ass coverage. Also, Seattle Weekly's music editor is no longer as of last week. Who knows what will happen there now, shame too as their section was actually getting better.
Oct 5 Avtar commented on The Unicorn to Replace the Satellite Lounge.
@9: Yeah, I meant it was always empty. We would often go there after practice on the weekends when we just wanted to get some drinks and not deal with the lines lines lines lines.

Great news! The Satellite was one of the only places on that part of Pike where you could actually get a drink on the weekends, was bummed to see it close.
