Where can I find this $11.25 sole filet they mention? Here it's all like $4 a pound ... And that $18.50 can of tuna? Now I feel like my $6 can isn't the best out there!

Could be worse; remember the original idea of genetically engineered dinosaur soldiers?

So glad Snohomish County is showing itself to not be the ultraconservative, anti-tax, gun-totin' alternative to Seattle.

While I think the political problems are a bit contrived ("you have this girl's blood on your hands!") it's been pretty great. I do, however, keep feeling like Malcolm Tucker should show up and bring a little cussy levity to some of the arguments.

But who knows? Maybe your "you have to accept my money!" argument will carry the day.

Well, it's good news they're currently well-funded, especially with their 7.9% investment return assumptions per the most recent CAFR (http://www.drs.wa.gov/administration/ann…). Anyone outside pension boards think that's a realistic return (especially given the investment performance they show in aforementioned CAFR)?
