I don't see that much of a difference compared to german Marcel Ngyuen (german mother, vietnamese father, no clue what religion) getting a hug from german coach Valeryi Belenki (born in Azerbaijan/Sovjet Union, jewish) after winning the first german all-around medal in gymnastics since 1936.
Only one example - because there are more.
If you want to see it, you can see a lot of diversity outside of the US.

I've noticed how strangely similar Seattle weather often is to the weather here in (northern) Germany.
We usually have a cold June, too and we call it "sheep's cold" because of the poor freshly sheared sheep.

@3 german bonds are so low at the moment because they are considered safe. If anything it's a sign that at the moment investment people do believe in a certain stability of Germany's financial abilities.
Good for Germany's treasury.
Not a good sign for the economy worldwide, though.
Certainly not much of a reason to bring german unions into this.

we have the same june-weather-phenomenon here in germany. We call it sheep's cold(ness) because all the freshly shorn sheep feel oh so cold.

well, phonetically Bieber in german means beaver -allthough we do spell it "Biber" - which might even be better for you lot as you seem to have problems with where to put the "e".
Who is this guy, anyways?
