Surely you are not saying that a shopper in a crowded Wal-Mart who pepper sprays other shoppers so she can get a cheap Xbox is the same as a police officer who pepper sprays citizens who are breaking the law. You can understand that there is a difference, right? You can disagree with the force the police have used on Occupiers but these are two different things that, for some reason, folks can't tell the difference between. Maybe it's because pepper spray was used in both situations - they have to be the same thing.
