Bagshaw needs to go. Clearly clueless from North Seattle.

Stormtroopers need to disclose their names and ids. Just like citizens when they're detained or arrested. If they're on taxpayer dime, they're on public time.

Raising taxes isn't going to help people afford to be able to continue living in this city. Nor are the ever increasing utility bills and traffic enforcement fines.

Just because the court threw out the excessive force case for beating up a jaywalker doesn't mean it should have. Judges make poor, politically motivated decisions everyday.

Build a subway system, and I'm more than happy to change the zoning laws. Beyond that, allowing MILs in existing houses and finishing basements more than adequate. The changes were being driven by developers, and the last thing they're ever going to do is build affordable housing. Just look at the cost of 600 square foot studios in all the new buildings going up.

On the other hand, you could elect someone who created yet another state run bureaucracy with accompanying taxes, as well as prosecutorial and prison/ jail system for people who drive with THC in their bloodstream, no matter how many weeks have gone by since they used. Not a fan of Sawant, but I'll take the socialist.

Sure, Bumbershoot is $60 a day this year. But the Seattle Center grounds actually have some redeeming aesthetic value, and a lot better sound quality. $50 for the intersection of 10th and Pike, concrete reverberating crappy sound, and even worse sight lines? Seattle may have a reputation as a cutting edge music place, but the truth isn't even close to the hype. Move the event to Cal Anderson, and I may reconsider.
