I seem to remember a lot of estimates showing that this wouldn't have enough valid signatures to make it on the ballot too, and we all know how that turned out.

Funny how Oregon Gary, Thrice-married Larry and their minions claim to just be taking Murry et all at their word as their basis for their lying campaign, when all spring Oregon Gary was accusing Murry et all of lying about their true intent being legalization of same sex marriage.
Not to mention the fact that such an argument doesn't hold water. If you are against marriage equality, but OK with domestic partnerships granting rights - cause you're not a bigot,right?- wouldn't the logical course of action be to support SB 5668, but fight to repeal any subsequent legislation granting full marriage equality? Then again, this assumes that Oregon Gary and Thrice-married Larry are susceptible to logic and not bigots. Two things I find very doubtful.

I think WAFST waited until it was too late in regards to the stamped/unsigned petitions. The second this was noticed, an injunction should have been filed to prevent the verification of signatures on those petition sheets. Now that the signatures are verified and validated, chances are the courts will overlook the illegal nature of the gathering in favor of the "expressed will of the voters".

If gubmint health care truly leads to euthanizing seniors, wouldn't we already be doing it? Every senior citizen of this nation has been receiving gubmint health care for decades now, I have yet to hear of any of them standing before "death panels" or being euthanized.

Per Reporter Lornet Turnbull, the Times is also aware of that fact that voter referendum leader Gary Randall is NOT a registered Washington voter, but feels such information is not relevant.
