I like the way the art suggests that there will be a punchline, but the text completely doesn't. It's a meta joke, preparing you to expect one thing, and then suddenly pulling it out from under you.

Maybe if they rename everything after places and characters from Ayn Rand novels, they will get a better set of applicants. I would be happy to ship a bunch of Libertarians off to Galt's Gulch on Mars.

The styrofoam cup is really kind of tacky and offensive. And the very busy design of the menu itself is just tacky. But any and all offense I feel starts with that cup.
Had they served their purple drank in a proper glass (I'm thinking a martini glass, something a bit fancier than a highball glass), and kept their plain minimalist style to the menu, and just basked in the ridiculous puns and their own cluelessness it would have been charming and sweet. Like the deli that names its sandwiches after celebrities, but just naming high end brunch items after hip-hop artists.
But the cup... That somehow crosses the line from playful appreciation into mockery. It's mean spirited.

The number of people Amazon imports is much higher than their expansion plans would suggest -- turnover for software engineers there is roughly 2 years. And, they don't leave Seattle when they leave Amazon -- other companies have moved into the area to hire the former Amazonians in Seattle.
So, if you are worried about too-rapid change, part of the story really is Amazon's terrible retention rates, as opposed to just their expansion.

Take him back while figuring out how to make ends meet without him?
The options are all kind of crappy. LW is not going to get an actual monogamous commitment out of this guy, at least not one he will keep, and LW seems rather insistent on monogamy. And, being a single mother is hard.
One of these will be less worse, and only LW can know which is less worse for her. And, whichever decision LW ultimately chooses, she will wonder whether she made the right one. I'd say keep him -- you can always kick his ass to the curb later, after figuring out the financials.
Good luck, LW!

He should have kept quiet. But, he screwed that up.
And, when he told her, he promised not to keep chatting up guys. But, he screwed that up.
And, he should have kept quiet, again. But, again, he screwed that up.
And nowhere in his letter does he say that he has any interest in women, just men. Maybe I'm reading too much into that, but I think the only person he has been being dishonest to is himself (really, how can he not know to lie to his wife about this? At least for now?). I think he's gay and this just cannot be salvaged beyond a friendship, and he's pretty much screwed that up too.
And the wife has moved out to live with her parents? What a complete asshole this guy is. He should be sleeping over at one of his friends' house, and he should be telling her "I love you. I'm an asshole. I'm confused, but I should have shut up at least for now. I'm an asshole. I'm committed to providing for you and our kid. I'm an asshole. I can't believe how much I have fucked this up. I'm an asshole."
This guy gives bisexuals a bad name.
