We left the 43rd Dem party at Purr after we realized no local affiliates are bothering to cut into regular programming with election results. And after my girlfriend drunkenly spilled a drink all over the both of us.

By "a number of episodes," do you mean the first two or three? The women on this show are some of the best characters I've seen on television ever.

A parody like that could be made of any show and it would be just as dumb.

This sounds like a review from someone who hates musical theater to begin with.

It wasn't a spectacular show, but it was decent and I enjoyed it for the most part. I did NOT enjoy Shrek or Young Frankenstein and those, too, received standing ovations. My biggest problem with this show was the set. It just felt kind of lazy. I know they were going for some sort of understated mod, but it ended up feeling boring.
