...i have a serious question.
it doesnt necessarily have to do with this post, but it sort of does... it does have to do with equal marriage rights.

personally, if i wanted to 'marry' a woman (and i have thought i did several times...), i think i would be happy with just the same rights as heteros that wanted to marry their partners. i wouldnt care what its called as long as the privileges were the same.

so, are conservatives fighting for homos to not have the same rights or are they just fighting for the word marriage?? most arguments i hear are of the 'marriage is between a man and a woman' nature...so, keep 'marriage' and just name homo unions something else. would any other homo be okay with the same rights but a different word for what they are doing?

maybe im being too literal...

plus, im going to have to admit that i was picturing the wife as rachel harris' character from the hangover....so my insight might be a little more harsh than is warranted.

please dont make a child with this woman!!! please take all the other advice he gave you: talk to her, talk about other people. dans completely right in saying that YOU are the victim. now is your time to save yourself. if you continue on this path, youll become a martyr. nobody likes martyrs.
please keep us informed, im sending as much positive energy your way as the anonymity allows :) either its ultimatum time or divorce time. get it done.

@11 i totally agree. but only because my SO doesnt initiate and i, myself, am pretty bitter about that sometimes.
he will initiate if he wants it bad enough...and if he doesnt, then he wont get any either.

maybe its just time to call it off for good and just be friends. thats what it sounds like anyway...you can live with someone, co-raise children with someone and fuck someone that you arent in a relationship with. i wouldnt marry him, though.

#126 :: there are tons of people like that. polyamory is pretty wide based. the communication has to be there between partners, but once an agreement is made and everybody knows of the rules, then its a hell of an experience.

i think his advice on WSID was spot on...actually, on all of them. especially the 'what your right hand does for you' comment.

what i dont understand is how people can make all these claims for or against the drug if the only research they have done is to watch their biased media and what they think is stereotypical of a drug user. nobody ever stops to think that everybodys body chemistry is different, every strain in every single bag you buy is different, this plant affects people in different ways...the same way any type of pharmecutical medicine does. nothing is going to affect me the same as it affects anybody else...the medicinial, helpful benefits of the plant far out way the dangers; and thats JUST the medicinal benefits...
if you dont like it, dont do it. i dont like cabbage, so i dont eat it. but i did TRY it to decide if i didnt like it. the freedom to make that choice needs to be there for everybody.
