We were there and experienced the same dog. There were some young adults/kids with school books who had the dog. He lunged for our food, too, until a friend shoved the dog away (and it worked as well). The kids were there, lightly called the dog, but never did anything to handle it. Then the dog found a squirrel and let everyone about it.

Sometimes you gotta be alpha cat.

yet 2 posts below you post about a new restaurant opening, which could be stated as not exciting, could be linked to food parts that are manufactured in terrible conditions, etc, yet you're super excited about that?

stop bitching. it's something people are excited about. Stop being a spoil sport and contradictory.

Inadequate parking? The madison valley location has a nice-sized lot, and free street parking, that was never full. But hey, say what you want.

that's what happened to my neighbor. it happened in our tree, and it was fascinating. A guy came with a make-shift hive, scented for what bees like. They are quite docile when swarming (they need to protect the queen!) so you can get really close. And they emit a lemon-pledge scent! He cupped a few bees with a long pole and a bucket on the end and "poured" them to the new hive, to speed their decision to make that their new home. It was left overnight, and the next day, they were in the new hive. He came by, picked it up and that was his payment for taking care of the swarm.

It was amazing. Turns out our neighbor has a bee hive (which we new about) but it was doing so well that it split, and she hadn't known that that was happening.
