Keep Holding Your Breath for Later Drinking Hours.
@17 "I just don't think people need to be drinking until four a.m.... six a.m... so what's wrong with a two a.m. cut off?"
I'll tell you what's wrong with a 2:00 a.m. cut-off: it means bartenders, waiters, performers, and everyone else who works late can't drink with anyone else but their co-workers -- and usually at home or in cars or some other (illegal) place. And the last-call, 2:00 a.m. cut-off means people pound their last drinks. Now, THAT's binge drinking.
