The commercial was definitely "making fun of." Making fun of a racial or cultural attribute might or might not be racist, depending on context and intent. In this case, I don't think the commercial dropped all way to racism.

@1 and @3 got it right, Goldy. "Incompetent" is not the same as "greedy." Their objective was not to run a company, but to make as much for themselves as they could. They're actually very competent at that...

Yes. Anyone who uses FireFox, which was the free software spin off from Netscape when that company tried to turn a web browser into a money maker. The Netscape side died out, but its lineage lives on in FireFox.

Don't hire elections workers, ask established volunteer organizations to pitch in. Volunteer firefighter associations, firefighter or police officer unions, PBS phone-bankers, or many others.

The only mandatory requirement is that no one organization can provide volunteers more often than once every five years.

I could drive a truck through the holes in their methodology... Picking names out of a phone book isn't "random." Picking "random" names out of a Philadelphia phone book doesn't mean they'll tell you the truth if you ask them, "Do you own a handgun?" etc., etc...

Basically, their control group sucks.
