People are seriously grossed out by this? I feel so distant from my fellow humans.

Screw the shitty high, how can you handle the taste? Don't get me wrong, I love cooking with nutmeg but I tried to eat a chunk raw once and it tasted like soap.

FUN FACT: Nutmeg and Mace are different parts of the same fruit.

Wait, playing too much Xbox/Atari can cause people to not see that Jesus was born of a virgin? Well now I know my problem. I'm still choosing Xbox over Jesus though.

If you want to feel bad about laughing at her, there's a good post over at death + taxes: http://www.deathandtaxesmag.com/62994/re…

"Where does the Internet at large get over itself and stop bullying someone because it’s easy? Why do you have to collectively shit on a 16-year-old girl? Sure, it’s bad. But so is the McRib. So is Charlie Sheen. So are the Kardashians. So was Antoine Dodson, who made a career out of his sister nearly being raped..."

Also, I'm in the "wait, what is the big deal?" group. I don't know this lady's back-story but there have been plenty of posts here in the last several days about news, politics and art not related to the catastrophe in Japan. As is to be expected.

Meant to add a description for my above link: apparently money donated is not actually going to Japan, because Japan has not requested assistance as yet. IF they do, the money will be used for that but if not it will just go to some other cause. Even if this is true, it's still great to donate to good causes, of course.
