@ Slidebone: sexual orientation refers to what gender(s) you are attracted to. Thats why Dan said "kinky" isn't an orientation.

I grew up dirt poor. I have only been able to get two degrees - including a law degree - because I didn't have kids. Instead of working hard to give my kids the things I didn't have, I decided to give those things to myself. I started so far behind that I couldn't have it all. I'm happy with my choice. Not having kids is not selfish - I've done more for the environment by not reproducing than I ever could by recycling.

Take your boyfriend to the wedding BOTB. It won't be you creating the drama, it will be your mother, if she chooses to do so. Hopefully she will recognize that her daughter's wedding is neither the time nor the place but all you can do is not buy into it.

A male friend of mine completely changed my way of thinking of circumcision when he called it "genital mutilation". I figure if I'm against that for women, I should support men by being against circumcision.
