Federal Judge Declares Prop 8 an Unconstitutional Violation of Equal Protection and Due Process Rights.
This should never have taken so long, but God bless this judge. Loves Child, you don't sit at the right hand of God and you have no right to judge. Everybody deserves happiness. You don't have to agree with it. My guess is that you don't have many friends, which is why you live in this blog offending good people who do have love in their lives. As far as you're concerned no one who disagrees with you deserves love, rights or happiness. If I were you I'd be trying to find out what makes you so negative, judgemental and discriminatory. Maybe if you were happy you would be kinder. You are not responsible for our choices. We all will answer for our own. Concentrate on your own shortcomings instead of pointing out what you perceive as shortcomings in everyone else.

What'choo Talkin' 'Bout, Everyone.
Adrian, you're not funny or talented or profound. I don't know who's angrier or more screwed up between you and Coleman. I really think it's you. You're getting paid to write this vomit that makes absolutely no sense? Really? Are you on drugs? This was a real wakeup call for me. I thought Charles was the worst reporter there. You actually disgust me more. I need a drink and I don't drink much.

Dino Rossi’s Baggage.
The GOP wouldn't pick someone who can't win an election. Rossi is spending his money and that of his friends to buy him importance. He can't accept the will of the people. He argues and whines that it;s unfair, illegal and dishonest that he's not in office.I think he and Charles need to go job hunting for something they're good at.

Meanwhile In California.
I do think we're making progress ,and this is one more small step toward that end. Fifty years ago 99.9% of us didn't know how badly we were abusing our earth. Now you'd have to live on another planet not to know we need to make some changes. Twenty years ago we weren't recycling like we are now. Were're learning how to make different choices and, yes there are fewer SUVs on the road. These are certainly not the only changes we need to make, but our great minds in the field of saving our planet are making us more aware of what we need to do every day. It's just a matter of being aware. Certainly there will always be people who don't participate because it's not enough (they can't be bothered) but it will help. The best thing we have going for us is that our children are being taught from birth that we need to be better housekeepers (or should I say better earthkeepers?) They are our future, and are already aware that we need solutions to some very serious problems. Many will feel compelled to rise to the occasion when thinking about their education and their lifes' work. I'm optimistic that reuseable bags are one more step in our long journey towards a btter life.

O They Will Know We Are Christians....
WOW! I think it's pretty obvious why our forefathers had the intelligence to seperate church and state. They knew how volitile religous fanatics could be and what violence could be wreaked on innocent people in the name of God. Every country and religion should be against murdering people. Even if they don't agree with their sexual orientation, religion, or political beleifs. So many people throughout time have been killed in the name of God, but it wasn't done to glorify God, but because some human couldn't control their hatred for what they didn't agree with. Because of the principles that our country were founded upon, America should be defending these people whose lives are in peril unjustly.

Cats Are Not Dogs.
If the cats live downtown they can't be let out without a leash. If they like fresh air, put a leash on them if they'll tolerate it. It gives everyone involved fresh air and exercize and keeps the cat in 3D. Note to The Stranger- Do you keep Charles because of all the negative mail he generates, or because of all the well written, thought provoking articles he writes (NOT)? Why not replace him with someone talented who has a better (and more positive) attitude? It would help if the replacement chose interesting and relevant topics to write on... I know I know, I did answer.
