Having worked at Apple retail I can tell you first hand it doesn't take much sales effort to sell their products. When I worked there they were paying a few dollars over minimum and I was happy with that.

The author who posted this likes to get a rise out of people but he sometimes doesn't do a good job telling the entire story.

I'm glad to hear that they recently increased wages, but in all honesty, most the people that work at Apple are diehard fanboys. They love being around the products and ideas. Even if they don't share in the riches.

Having gone to business school I can say that for the most part it's a waste of time (and money) if you have the slightest bit of common sense and are self-motivated.

Although I would say economics was only a very small part of the overall program. What was taught about economics did not take into account that the earth only has so many resources and economies cannot by this definition expand in perpetuity.

Reatard was a great talent and anyone who has seen him perform would agree he was full of energy and passion. Drugs or no drugs, this is a sad day for music.
