I'm sorry that you have a shitty job, but it's a FORM, and I don't want to conFORM to your capitalization requirements. It's my aesthetic choice and where the fuck do you get off telling me how I should represent my name? I for one don't give a rat's ass if you send me a nicely produced form letter with my name in all lower case. Mostly because I don't care for form letters.

No, it's not going to work 100% of the time, but no method is 100%, not even your bitching on IA.
Finally, some people don't use caps because of disability, or inconvenience (say with smartphones). Look at the Universal Design principles, particularly "Tolerance for error". People are diverse, and the software or the person or the organization just need to deal with it.
