It seems to work pretty well here in Brisbane, Autralia, if you are well organised and aren't in a particular hurry. People complain that it is expensive, but it's expensive to own and run a car too.

@6 I do wash my hands after I use the bathroom, and several other times a day. But that's because bathrooms tend to be very dirty places, not because penises only get washed once a day (shock horror).
And you should probably wash anything you plan to put into your mouth, including penises (but I guess that's just basic common sense).
