for me, the key to getting really good bubbles is twofold: refrigerate the water first (overnight) and use water that hasn't been de-mineralized (like a britta machines). I filter for impurities like chlorine, but use a Berkey, so the minerals stay in. It tastes better and our bodies need it. But, the minerals seems to increase the staying-power of the bubbles.

Bullshit! You can thank Bush for the demise of the post office. And reflect a bit on what life will be like without the post office. there are entire swaths of the united states where UPS and FedEx don't even go. And without the moderating influence of a NO PROFIT institution, except rates from ups and fedex to skyrocket.

Plus the jobs, Charles. Every town in America has a post office, plus the thousands of jobs in the shipping centers.
