It's causing a fuss because the business of selling music is still in a tailspin years after the internet has shaken things up. There's opportunity in the lurch to mold music sales into something that's convenient for the TSARY and still compensates musicians and folks in the industry. Hence, discussion.
If only the freeloaders knew how many of their favorite musicians actually put a roof over their heads by being instrument instructors, bartenders, and checkers at Whole Foods.

The Nirvana tribute was the first time I saw Crypts. They were fucking brilliant. I'm looking forward to seeing them perform their own material and financially supporting, if even just in a small way, their meth and girl jean habits. The whole corporate-museum-sponsored-rock-a-roke was bizarre and gross. Fucking shit up was the right way to pay tribute to Nirvana.
